Since the arrival of our first wheaten terrier 5 years ago we have only ever left him once. This experience was so traumatic that we were sure we would never leave him again, he stopped eating, he wasn't walked and his coat was so matted that I had no choice but to clip it off and wait a whole year before he could enter a show ring.
With circumstances changing in our lives we knew we had to leave (now 4 dogs) again and like any "canine parent" were nervous and concerned for our dog's welfare.
The level of service you guys provided for our dogs could not have been anymore reassuring or matched by any. Our dogs on our return were clearly relaxed and settled and well presented. This demonstrated to us that they were exceptionally well cared for by you and were groomed, walked and given the attention beyond I am sure any other sitting service provider. To see our dogs happy to see us on our return but displaying no signs of stress or anxiety was magic. I must also add that the home they usually ruin daily was like they hadn't been there (what's your secret).
We are extremely content with your approach to the work you guys do, to the point of planning a second trip (something we thought we would never do) and would be sincerely pleased to pass on and promote your details to anyone requiring your services

I've been using pawprints doggy day care for about 9 months.
Every Tuesday Jimmy goes off with his best friend Jackie, and every now and again stays a weekend too.
Jimmy had a lot of problems as a young pup. He wasn't socialised properly by his breeder and then had to contend with going to puppy hospital 2 days after coming to us. Jimmy was scared of everything and his fear was being shown as aggression when he couldn't get away. We were very worried for him.
With a lot of TLC from Jackie and a firm understanding of Jimmy's issues and how to handle them Jimmy has come a long way to being a sweet and very loving little boy.
I am so glad I was told of PawprintsUK services and honestly believe Jimmy loves being in their care as much as ours.
